AZ. When Brooke gets ready and goes to see Isaiah at the restaurant, Isaiah tells her, “Get out of here. I don’t even want to see you.”
Chapter 1 — Brooke Gets Ready
Brooke spent a long time getting ready.
She carefully chose her outfit and fixed her hair.
She wanted to look confident, but deep down, she was nervous.
She had been thinking about Isaiah constantly.
After everything that had happened between them, Brooke wanted one honest conversation.
She looked at herself in the mirror.
“Today, we're going to clear everything up.”
She grabbed her purse and left.
She had no idea that Isaiah was already sitting at the restaurant, waiting for her.
But his mood was completely different from what she expected.
Chapter 2 — Brooke Arrives at the Restaurant
Brooke walked into the restaurant and immediately spotted Isaiah.
For a moment, she smiled.
She thought he might be happy to see her.
She walked toward the table.
“Isaiah…”
He looked up.
His expression was cold.
Brooke's smile disappeared.
“What's wrong?”
Isaiah didn't answer.
Brooke sat down.
“I came because I wanted us to talk.”
Isaiah finally looked directly at her.
Then he said something that completely shocked her.
“Get out of here.”
Brooke froze.
“What?”
Isaiah repeated:
“I don't even want to see you.”
Her eyes filled with tears.
She couldn't understand what had changed.
Chapter 3 — Brooke Demands an Explanation
Brooke refused to leave immediately.
“Why are you talking to me like this?”
Isaiah told her that he was tired of the drama.
Brooke became emotional.
“I came here to fix things.”
Isaiah replied:
“It's too late.”
Brooke asked:
“Too late for what?”
Isaiah accused her of repeatedly believing other people instead of trusting him.
Brooke shook her head.
“I was confused.”
“You always have an excuse.”
“That isn't fair!”
People around them began noticing the tension.
Brooke lowered her voice.
“Please, just tell me what I did.”
Isaiah looked away.
“I don't want to discuss it here.”
Brooke asked:
“Then where?”
Isaiah stood up.
“I said leave.”
Brooke couldn't believe it.
She slowly stood up.
But before walking away, she asked one final question.
“Do you really mean that?”
Isaiah didn't answer.
Chapter 4 — Brooke Walks Away in Tears
Brooke left the restaurant.
The moment she stepped outside, she began crying.
She had come expecting an apology or at least a conversation.
Instead, she had been rejected.
She sat inside her car and stared through the windshield.
“Why did he do that?”
She couldn't understand it.
Then her phone buzzed.
It was a message from an unknown number.
“Now you know how Isaiah really feels.”
Brooke stared at the message.
Her tears suddenly stopped.
Something felt wrong.
Why would a stranger know what had just happened?
She immediately wondered if Isaiah's behavior had been influenced by someone else.
Brooke decided she wasn't going to react emotionally.
She was going to find out the truth.
Chapter 5 — Isaiah Is Hiding Something
Back inside the restaurant, Isaiah remained at the table.
His expression was no longer angry.
He looked worried.
A few moments later, his phone buzzed.
He checked the message.
“Good. She left.”
Isaiah stared at it.
He clearly didn't like what he had just done.
He had deliberately pushed Brooke away.
But there was a reason.
Someone had threatened him.
The message continued:
“Don't tell Brooke why you did it.”
Isaiah put his phone away.
He whispered:
“I hope this works.”
He didn't want Brooke to get hurt.
But by pushing her away, he had hurt her anyway.
And now Brooke was determined to discover the reason behind his behavior.
Chapter 6 — Brooke Tells Larry
Brooke eventually went home and found Larry.
He immediately noticed that something was wrong.
“What happened?”
Brooke tried to stay calm.
“I went to see Isaiah.”
Larry asked:
“How did it go?”
Brooke started crying again.
“He told me to leave.”
Larry was shocked.
“He said that?”
Brooke nodded.
“He said he didn't even want to see me.”
Larry immediately became concerned.
“Did he explain why?”
“No.”
Larry sat beside her.
“Something isn't right.”
Brooke showed him the mysterious message she had received.
Larry's expression changed.
“Who sent this?”
“I don't know.”
Larry realized that Isaiah's behavior might not have been genuine.
Someone could be manipulating the situation.
Chapter 7 — Brooke Finds a Clue
Brooke checked the unknown number.
She discovered that the message had arrived only seconds after she left the restaurant.
That meant whoever sent it might have known exactly what happened.
Larry told her not to respond.
Instead, they decided to examine the message carefully.
Brooke noticed something strange.
The wording was almost identical to a message Isaiah had received earlier.
She remembered seeing it on his phone.
“That can't be a coincidence.”
Larry agreed.
“If Isaiah received the same kind of message, someone may be controlling both sides.”
Brooke suddenly remembered Isaiah's expression.
He hadn't looked angry.
He had looked scared.
She whispered:
“He didn't really want me to leave.”
Larry asked:
“Then why did he tell you to?”
Brooke replied:
“Because someone may have forced him.”
Chapter 8 — Isaiah Finally Calls
Later that night, Brooke's phone rang.
It was Isaiah.
She stared at the screen.
Larry told her to answer if she wanted.
Brooke picked up.
“Hello?”
Isaiah remained silent for several seconds.
Finally, he said:
“I'm sorry.”
Brooke's eyes filled with tears.
“Why did you treat me like that?”
Isaiah said he couldn't explain everything over the phone.
“Someone is watching us.”
Brooke became nervous.
“Who?”
“I don't know exactly.”
“Then why did you tell me to leave?”
Isaiah took a deep breath.
“Because I thought pushing you away would keep you safe.”
Brooke was stunned.
“You could have told me.”
“I was afraid they'd come after you.”
Brooke replied:
“You hurt me anyway.”
Isaiah apologized.
“I know.”
Then he told her they needed to meet again.
But this time, somewhere private and safe.
Chapter 9 — The Real Story Comes Out
The next day, Brooke and Isaiah met.
Isaiah finally showed her the messages he'd been receiving.
Someone had threatened to expose private information about Brooke unless Isaiah stayed away from her.
Brooke couldn't believe it.
“So you were protecting me?”
Isaiah nodded.
“I thought I was.”
Brooke became emotional.
“You should have trusted me.”
Isaiah admitted:
“You're right.”
He apologized for his behavior at the restaurant.
Brooke forgave him, but she made one thing clear.
“I don't ever want you to push me away without telling me why.”
Isaiah promised.
Then Brooke noticed something in one of the messages.
There was a name hidden inside the information.
A name she recognized.
Chapter 10 — Brooke Discovers Who Is Behind It
Brooke and Isaiah realized someone close to them had been feeding information to the person sending the threats.
The restaurant confrontation had been deliberately arranged.
The goal was to make Brooke believe Isaiah hated her.
Brooke looked at Isaiah.
“They wanted us to break apart.”
Isaiah nodded.
“But why?”
Neither of them knew.
Then Isaiah received one final message.
“You weren't supposed to find out.”
Attached was a photograph.
It showed Brooke arriving at the restaurant.
Someone had been watching her.
Brooke looked at Isaiah.
“We need to find out who took this.”
Isaiah nodded.
“This time, we're not letting anyone come between us.”
Brooke wiped away her tears.
“I just want the truth.”
And as they walked away together, neither of them realized that the person behind the messages was already planning their next move.
