Larry Seen Flirting With the New Neighbor Women Bethany Couldn't Believe "Should Larry date her?".
Larry Seen Flirting With the New Neighbor Woman ๐ Bethany Couldn't Believe It! Should Larry Date Her?
It started like any other afternoon.
Larry was outside his house enjoying the fresh air when he noticed the new neighbor moving boxes into the house next door.
Wanting to be friendly, Larry walked over.
"Need a hand with those?" he asked with a smile.
The woman laughed.
"I was hoping someone would ask!"
Before long, the two were talking and joking while carrying boxes. They quickly discovered they had a lot in common.
Both enjoyed cooking.
Both loved old movies.
And both had a great sense of humor.
Soon they were laughing so hard that neither noticed someone watching from across the street.
Bethany.
Bethany had come by the neighborhood to pick up a few things.
As she turned the corner, she froze.
There was Larry.
Standing beside another woman.
Laughing.
Smiling.
Looking happier than she had seen him in weeks.
Bethany's eyes widened.
"Who is THAT?"
She couldn't believe what she was seeing.
Meanwhile, Larry and the neighbor continued talking.
The woman introduced herself.
"My name is Vanessa."
"It's nice to meet you," Larry replied.
Vanessa smiled.
"Honestly, you're the first neighbor who's made me feel welcome."
Larry laughed.
"Well, that's what good neighbors are supposed to do."
Neither of them realized Bethany was watching every second.
Bethany immediately called Sharra.
"You're not going to believe this!"
"What happened now?" Sharra asked.
"Larry is outside flirting with some woman!"
"What?!"
"She's standing right next to him laughing at everything he says!"
Sharra paused.
"Maybe they're just talking."
Bethany wasn't convinced.
"No woman laughs THAT much unless she's interested!"
A few minutes later, Larry and Vanessa sat on the porch talking.
The conversation flowed naturally.
For the first time in a long time, Larry felt relaxed.
Vanessa eventually smiled and said,
"You seem like a really nice guy."
Larry thanked her.
But before he could respond—
A car door slammed shut.
BANG!
Both turned around.
Bethany was walking toward them.
And she did not look happy.
Larry immediately knew trouble was coming.
"Bethany?"
Bethany folded her arms.
"So this is what you're doing now?"
Larry looked confused.
"What are you talking about?"
Bethany pointed directly at Vanessa.
"Her."
Vanessa's smile disappeared.
Larry sighed.
"She's my new neighbor."
"Really?" Bethany replied sarcastically.
"Because it looked like a lot more than that."
An awkward silence filled the air.
Vanessa suddenly felt uncomfortable.
"I should probably go."
Before she could leave, Bethany spoke again.
"No, stay."
Larry rubbed his forehead.
"This isn't what you think."
Bethany laughed.
"Then explain why you're sitting here smiling at her like that."
Larry finally had enough.
"I'm allowed to talk to people, Bethany."
The street became completely silent.
Even nearby neighbors started looking out their windows.
For a moment, nobody said anything.
Then Vanessa surprised everyone.
She looked directly at Bethany.
"I don't know what's happened between you two, but Larry has been nothing but respectful to me."
Bethany was shocked.
Larry was shocked.
Everyone was shocked.
Later that evening, the entire situation became the talk of the neighborhood.
Friends began calling.
Family members started asking questions.
And social media was filled with rumors.
Some people believed Larry should move on.
Others thought he should focus on fixing things with Bethany.
That night, Larry sat alone thinking about everything.
He knew one thing for certain.
Vanessa was kind.
She made him laugh.
And for the first time in a long while, he enjoyed talking to someone new.
But was he actually ready to date again?
That was the question everyone wanted answered.
Especially Bethany.
The next morning, Vanessa knocked on Larry's door.
When he opened it, she smiled.
"I was wondering if you'd like to grab coffee sometime."
Larry was completely stunned.
At that exact moment, Bethany happened to be walking up the driveway.
And she heard every word.
