Brooke’s birthday party was supposed to be a simple family celebration. The backyard was decorated with colorful balloons, a huge birthday banner, and tables filled with food and desserts. Friends and family gathered together, laughing and taking pictures while Brooke enjoyed her special day.

Larry stood beside Brooke, smiling proudly.

“You deserve the best birthday ever,” Larry told her.

Brooke hugged him. “Thank you, Dad.”

But nobody knew that Bethany was about to arrive with a surprise that would completely change the entire party.

A Mysterious Arrival

As everyone prepared to sing Happy Birthday, a loud horn suddenly echoed outside.

“HONK! HONK!”

The guests looked toward the driveway.

“What’s going on?” Hope asked.

A shiny black luxury SUV slowly pulled into the yard.

Everyone gasped.

The driver stepped out and opened the back door.

Then Bethany emerged with a huge smile on her face.

“Happy Birthday, Brooke!” she shouted.

Bethany walked toward Brooke carrying a small gift box.

“I know we’ve had our differences,” Bethany said. “But today isn't about drama. Today is about celebrating Brooke.”

Sharra crossed her arms.

“We'll see about that,” she muttered.

Bethany handed Brooke the box.

Brooke opened it carefully.

Inside was a set of car keys.

Everyone looked confused.

“Keys?” Brooke asked.

The crowd became excited again.

“I know you're growing up and planning your future.”

“So I made a decision.”

Bethany pulled out another envelope.

Inside were architectural drawings and apartment brochures.

Brooke looked confused.

“What are these?”

Bethany smiled.

“Your future apartment.”

The entire party exploded.

“WHAT?!”

“You can't be serious!”

“No way!”

“When you're ready, I'll help you get a luxury apartment so you can start the next chapter of your life.”

Brooke nearly dropped the papers.

“You would do that for me?”

“Yes.”

Brooke started crying again.
