A short time later, Isaiah picked her up, and the two headed to a nearby park filled with walking trails, flowers, and families enjoying the sunshine.

At first, everything seemed normal. They talked, laughed, and shared stories while walking around the lake.

"You've been making me laugh all day," Destiny said.
