“You’re Not Going Alone This Time.” — Bethany Follows Larry… Determined to See the Truth 😤.....you won't believe what she saw😱

Chapter 1: The Decision

Bethany stood in the doorway, arms crossed, watching Larry fumble with his keys. He avoided her gaze—again. That had become his habit lately.

“You’re not going alone this time,” she said firmly.

Larry froze. “It’s just work.”

“At midnight?” she shot back. “Every night this week?”

He didn’t answer. That silence was enough.

Tonight, Bethany decided, she was done guessing.

Chapter 2: The Follow

Larry’s car disappeared into the dark streets, but Bethany was already in motion. She kept her distance, headlights dimmed, heart racing.

Every turn he made felt deliberate. Calculated.

This wasn’t a random drive.

It was a path he knew well.

And that terrified her more than anything.

Chapter 3: The Edge of Town

The city lights faded behind them. Larry drove toward the outskirts—somewhere Bethany had never seen him go before.

The road narrowed. Trees thickened on both sides.

Then, suddenly, he turned into a gravel path.

Bethany hesitated only a second before following.

Chapter 4: The House

At the end of the path stood a house.

Old. Dark. Almost swallowed by the woods.

Larry parked and stepped out, glancing around nervously.

Bethany ducked low in her seat.

Why would he come here?

And why did it feel like he wasn’t supposed to?

Chapter 5: The Waiting

Bethany watched as Larry entered the house without knocking.

The door creaked shut behind him.

Minutes passed.

Then more.

The silence around her grew heavy—unnatural.

She couldn’t wait any longer.

Chapter 6: Inside

The front door wasn’t locked.

Bethany pushed it open slowly.

Inside, the air was cold. Not just unheated—cold in a way that made her skin prickle.

She heard whispers.

Or maybe echoes.

“Larry?” she called softly.

No answer.

Chapter 7: The Room

She followed the faint sound deeper into the house until she reached a dimly lit room.

And then she froze.

Larry stood in the center… talking.

But not to a person.

To a mirror.

Except… his reflection wasn’t copying him.

Chapter 8: The Truth

The reflection smiled.

Larry did not.

Bethany’s breath caught in her throat.

“What is this?” she whispered.

Larry turned, eyes wide. “You weren’t supposed to come.”

The reflection turned too.

And it was still smiling.

Chapter 9: The Reveal

“It’s been following me,” Larry said, voice shaking. “Every night, it gets stronger.”

The reflection stepped forward—out of the mirror.

Bethany stumbled back.

“It doesn’t want me,” Larry continued. “It wants someone else now.”

The thing tilted its head.

And looked directly at her.

Chapter 10: Not Alone

Bethany grabbed Larry’s hand. “We leave. Now.”

But the door slammed shut on its own.

The thing spoke for the first time.

“You said she wouldn’t come.”

Larry whispered, “I was wrong.”

Bethany tightened her grip. Fear surged through her—but so did resolve.

She had meant what she said.

He wasn’t going alone.

And whatever this thing was—

They weren’t facing it alone either.

End… or just the beginning?
