Valentine’s night was supposed to be calm, romantic, and quiet. Soft music filled the luxury restaurant, candles flickered on every table, and couples laughed, holding hands, lost in their own little worlds.

At one corner table, Sharra sat beside Joel, dressed beautifully, smiling as Joel poured her a glass of wine.
“Tonight is just about us,” Joel said softly.
Sharra nodded, pretending to relax—but deep inside, she felt uneasy. Something didn’t feel right.

Meanwhile, outside the restaurant, Bethany adjusted her coat while Larry checked the reservation on his phone.
“Same place Lynette recommended,” Larry said casually.
Bethany froze. A strange chill ran down her spine.
“I don’t like this feeling,” she whispered.

The doors opened.
