BETRAYED?! Bethany Finds Out Larry & Shara Are Planning a SECRET TRIP😱
Chapter 1: The Suspicion
Bethany had been restless all week. Larry had grown distant — more calls taken in hushed tones, more late nights away from home, and more excuses that didn’t add up.
She brushed it off at first, thinking it was stress from the ongoing divorce and lawsuit.
But then Shara’s name kept coming up. Subtle. Casual. Too casual.
Chapter 2: The Phone Call
One evening, as Larry showered, Bethany’s curiosity got the better of her. His phone buzzed on the nightstand.
The name lit up the screen: Shara.
Her hands trembled as she swiped to read the text.
“Tickets confirmed. Can’t wait to finally get away… just you and me.”
Bethany’s heart dropped into her stomach.
Chapter 3: The Search for Proof
She wasn’t going to jump to conclusions — not yet.
Frantically, Bethany opened Larry’s emails, scrolling through endless receipts and documents until she found it:
Two one-way tickets to Miami. Departure date: three days away.
Passenger names: Larry Cortez. Shara Hayes.
Her vision blurred with rage.
Chapter 4: Confronting Brooke
Out of desperation, Bethany rushed to Brooke’s apartment. Brooke had barely been speaking to her since the lawsuit, but Bethany pounded on her door until she opened it.
“Brooke, they’re betraying me,” Bethany cried. “Larry and Shara — they’re going on a trip together. I saw the proof!”
Brooke’s eyes widened, but she stayed quiet. Finally, she muttered, “Bethany… you’ve lied so many times before. How do I even know this is real?”
Bethany pulled out her phone and shoved the screenshot of the tickets in Brooke’s face.
“This is real.”
Chapter 5: The Betrayal Burns
Bethany’s mind raced. Why Shara? Why now?
Larry used to call Shara a “friend of the family.” Bethany had even welcomed her into their home, blind to the possibility of betrayal lurking behind her smile.
Now, the thought of them sipping drinks on a beach while she drowned in lawsuits and loneliness made Bethany’s blood boil.
Chapter 6: The Setup
Bethany wasn’t about to sit back and let them humiliate her.
She had connections, people who still owed her favors despite her reputation.
With a single phone call, she arranged for someone to watch Shara’s apartment, track Larry’s movements, and report everything back.
If they thought they could sneak away unnoticed, they were dead wrong.
Chapter 7: The Breaking Point
The night before their supposed trip, Bethany confronted Larry.
“Where are you going this weekend?” she asked, her voice dangerously calm.
Larry didn’t flinch. “Business conference. You wouldn’t understand.”
Bethany slammed the printed airline tickets onto the table.
“Business conference? With Shara?!”
Larry froze. His face said it all.
Chapter 8: Shara’s Arrival
As if on cue, Shara walked in — holding a packed bag.
Bethany turned on her with fire in her eyes.
“You betrayed me. Both of you. While my life is falling apart, you’re planning vacations?!”
Shara looked nervous but stood her ground. “Bethany, you don’t own him anymore. Maybe you should accept that.”
Chapter 9: The Explosion
The fight was nuclear. Bethany screamed. Larry tried to calm things down, but every word he said fueled her fury.
“You couldn’t wait, could you?” Bethany spat. “Couldn’t wait until the divorce was finalized. You had to flaunt it in my face, with her.”
Larry’s voice was steady but cold: “Bethany, this isn’t about you anymore. Shara’s been here for me in ways you never were.”
The words cut deeper than any knife.
Chapter 10: Alone Again
Shara and Larry left together that night, their bags in hand, leaving Bethany shaking with rage and heartbreak in the doorway.
For the first time, she realized the truth:
Larry wasn’t just leaving her. He was already building a new life — one that didn’t include Bethany at all.
And for a woman who once held control over everyone, that betrayal was the deadliest wound of all.
