"Anthony Betrayed?! Shayla Confronts Anthony Lawyer With a Secret!"😱

Chapter One: A Knock at the Office Door

Anthony’s lawyer, Mr. Keating, was wrapping up documents late one evening. The final hearing on Kai’s paternity case was only a few days away. Everything needed to be perfect — and Anthony had been adamant:

“No more mistakes. No more surprises.”

That’s when there was a sharp knock at the door.

He looked up, expecting an assistant. Instead, Shayla walked in, calm but cold.
She wasn’t supposed to be anywhere near the office. There was a no-contact order.

“You’re breaking the order,” Keating said flatly.
“And you’re hiding something,” Shayla snapped.

Chapter Two: The Secret Folder

She dropped a folder on his desk. Thick. Unlabeled.

“Open it,” she said.

Keating hesitated. “This is illegal—”

“So is what Anthony did,” she interrupted. “And if you want to protect him, you’ll need to see what’s in that folder.”

Inside were bank statements, text screenshots, and a copy of a private trust agreement — one Anthony had supposedly dissolved when the case began.

“This is from 2021,” Keating said. “Before Kai was even born.”
“Keep reading,” Shayla said, arms crossed.

On the last page, a signature: Anthony’s, placing all offshore assets into a private trust — under a name no one had brought up in court yet: Cocoa.

Chapter Three: Shayla’s Accusation

“He moved money,” Shayla said. “He protected himself from me before he even knew if Kai was his son.”

Keating’s brow furrowed. “That trust was sealed. How do you have this?”

“Angelina,” Shayla replied coldly. “She gave it to me the night she broke down. She knew Anthony wasn’t telling the full truth. She told me everything before she disappeared.”

Keating stood slowly. “Why are you bringing this to me?”

Shayla leaned in.

“Because if you don’t stop this trial, I’ll leak this to the court. It’ll ruin Anthony. And it’ll ruin you too — for hiding it.”

Chapter Four: A Phone Call and a Choice

Once Shayla stormed out, Keating stared at the papers.
It was true. Anthony hadn’t mentioned this trust. It wasn’t illegal… but it looked bad. Real bad.

He picked up the phone and called Anthony.

“We have a problem.”

Anthony was quiet on the other end.

“She knows?”
“Everything.”

“Damn it…” Anthony whispered. “I did it before any of this blew up. I just… I didn’t trust anyone anymore.”

“You should’ve trusted me,” Keating said. “Now she’s threatening to sink you.”

Anthony hung up.

Chapter Five: The Deal

The next morning, Keating arrived at court early — Shayla was already there.

They sat face-to-face, cold but civil.

“I want full custody,” Shayla said. “No shared time. You get supervised visits. And I want the money Anthony hid… released to me.”

Keating raised a brow. “And in exchange?”

She smiled.

“I don’t burn him to the ground.”

Chapter Six: But Someone Was Listening…

What neither of them knew… was that Amber was in the hallway. She heard everything.

And in her hand?

The copy of a secret letter Cocoa had just sent her that morning — about how Shayla got those documents in the first place.

“This isn’t over,” Amber whispered. “Not even close.”
